I created my account tonight and tried to make my first payment, but it said there is no child in my account. Even though I have received all of the information about her and what to do. I am confused.

Hi Stephanie! I am so sorry for the confusion. Your child will not show up on your online account until that first donation is made. You can make the donation through this website link: https://www.compassion.com/epayment/. Once the donation processes, your child will show up :).
