I am having a really hard time reading my letter from my chid, because the volunteer’s handwriting is really sloppy. Can you guys please make sure it is written better next time, please?

I am truly so sorry that you had difficulty reading your translated letter! I did take a look at the letter and I see and understand what you are speaking of. Regrettably, this is honestly the best this translator can do when writing in English. We do hire locals to translate, so typically English is their second language and sometimes what we would think is sloppy is honestly just the way they write. However, on a positive side, you will likely not get the same translator every time and they all write quite differently. I do just want to encourage you though that they really do care about these letters and know the value they hold. If you ever receive a letter that you are not able to read, please let us know and we would be happy to help out as well! :) I hope this is helpful!
