I am on a mobile device and cannot open link to child’s letter or open window to write a letter.

I was first on the app, then went to website. I will try desktop computer and website.

The system appears to be having errors right now.  It was working about three hours ago so hopefully they will get it back up and working again rapidly!

Hello Susan, 
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing any difficulty accessing your letters through the mobile app or the website. I would suggest clearing your cache and trying to uninstall and reinstalling the app. If that does not help, please let me know if you are receiving an error message. I would also need the phone make, model and the operating system to submit a request to our technical support team.
