Hi Kimberly! It's so wonderful that you are sponsoring a kiddo and letting your granddaughter correspond! There is only one login per account, so if your daughter knows your login information, then she should be able to access your account and write to your sponsor child. Have you registered your online account yet? Regrettably, I was not able to locate your account using your name or email address. May I please have your sponsor number, child's number, or your email address associated with your account? If you would like your granddaughter to have her own correspondent account with her own login, we may also be able to do that for you :). This means that you would be the financial supporter, and your daughter would be assigned as your child's official correspondent. All of the child's letters would be delivered to your granddaughter's house, and your child would address your granddaughter by her name instead of yours. Please let us know if we may be of further assistance :).
