Hello.  I have posted the question on how to cancel my account and whilst I received a response informing me that I would be receiving an email with more information on cancelling, the said email has not come.  Please, I am trying to get this account cancelled before my next payment is due.  I have cancelled my direct deposit and will no longer be able to pay going forward.  So instead of emailing me more information, please just cancel the account.
