How do I cancel my sponsorship? I would love to be able to continue donating but I just don't have the income anymore!

Hi Sarah,
I am so sorry to hear that you are thinking of canceling your sponsorship of Ilana. Please know that we truly value our supporters and we would be blessed to able to help you keep your relationship with your sweet kiddo. If your request is due to a short term financial situation, Compassion would be happy to cover the three months of sponsorship that you have missed in addition to the month of February, to allow you a small break from the financial commitment. This means we would completely cover your sponsorship through February and you could start new in March. We hope that this will give you the opportunity to continue, however, if you still feel it is best to cancel your sponsorship, please let us know and we will be happy to fulfill your wish to cancel.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Hi April,
We are so sorry that you are thinking about canceling your sponsorship of Sempeyo. Please know that we would be happy to fulfill your request to cancel if that is what you feel is best. However, I do see that Leah responded to your other request with an offer to cover 3 months of your sponsorship for you to allow you just a small break from the financial commitment. This means we would cover February through April and your sponsorship would resume in May. Please let us know if you feel this may be helpful! :)
