I have a letter from Deiby, CO3810267, on 11/15/16. When I select it, it says an error has occurred, try again later.

John, I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble viewing your letter. A new issue with viewing letters has come to our attention and we are working on it. I am sending you a copy of this letter so that you will  have it in the mean time.

Hi John! I am just following up on this issue. Are you still having trouble viewing letters on your My Account?

I can see it now. I still have several from different kids all the way back to July that show in transition or something. Joshua has 3, others may have one or none.

John, I have asked our team to look at these letters for you. It looks like there are eight of them since July that are stuck in either received or translation complete status. We will look to push them through for you.

Good afternoon. My intro letter to Paige Polii (ID2100038) from August is still listed as just received. Could this be pushed through as well? Thank you.

Can you please make sure that the July and September letters for Jamilly and the July letter for Yoshefa went through? All three have read Translation Complete for a while now.

Hello, I have a letter from July for Prisca (TG1260145) that has been stuck in "translation complete". (It was actually written in May, but not scanned until July). Is that able to be pushed through as well? There are also several from early December that are sitting there, but those aren't as old so maybe they will eventually go through?

Thank you!

Joshua still has one from July, all the older ones are gone but there are new ones from January for most of the kids. Some with one, some have more. Thanks

John, I'm so sorry that your letter to Joshua from July has not been processed yet :(. I have resent this to our IT Team to take a look at and resolve for you as soon as possible. Please know that your recent letters from the past month may be processed slower due to the system transition, but we will make sure that your kiddos receive your letters. We cannot thank you enough for your patience and understanding.
