On your site, on the left side are headings for crisis updates, etc., that overlap where you can sign in to make a payment. It is not allowing you to click on the payment tab. Frustrating to say the least!

Tim, I understand your frustration and I am so sorry that you're experiencing difficulties with our website :(. We certainly want you to be able to make a payment with ease on your My Account and I certainly want to help you figure out what the issue might be.

I just checked with our web team and with my personal account and we are currently not experiencing wide spread web issues that are affecting the 'Make a Payment' link. I have listed some troubleshooting ideas below that may be helpful for you and might resolve the problem you're having with clicking on the payment option.

1. Try closing the browser and trying again
2. Try disabling extra tool bars or plug-ins
   a. These items can cause JavaScript errors that keep a page from working correctly
3. Try another browser
   a. This is kind of related to #2 because different browsers will have different settings/toolbars/plugins/cookies
   b. In IE, verify that you're using the updated version
4. Try clearing cookies and temporary internet files
5. Try another network (e.g. at home vs. at work) – especially if you're seeing the firewall error

I know our website doesn't like to cooperate with older versions browsers and so if you have an older version of IE or the browser you're using, you might try a different computer or try updating your browser. I hope this information helps! If you're still unable to access this link, please let me know and I will report this issue to our web team to see if they can further troubleshoot it with you.

Hi Tim! I wanted to follow up with you as our web team advised us of a known error that is causing overlapping text and not allowing users to click links. The image below shows what our users are seeing. I am not sure if this is how it looks on your end with the exception of being on the payment page, but they're currently working on this issue and it is due to using an out of date browser (Internet Explorer 8 or 9). They have verified that if you update the web browser you're currently using, this should fix the error you're having in clicking the 'Make a Payment' link. Please let me know if you continue to have trouble after trying this but I hope that this resolves your issue! :)

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Can't print online Tax Receipt - website messed up.

I'm trying to print my tax receipt and unable to get to form because another link is over this link and website is a little messed up. I tried logging out and back in and it still isn't working. No pressure, but meeting with accountant is today :]

Hi Trisha! I merged your inquiry into this conversation as I believe you're experiencing issues if you're using an older version of your web browser. If you update your web browser you should not have further issues in accessing your tax statement :).

Because you're meeting your accountant today, I don't want you to have to go through that hassle right now! For your convenience, I have emailed your 2014 tax receipt to the emails that we have on file. Please let me know if I can assist you further!
