I chose a child for sponsorship in November and was charged. Then i got an mail with all details about my child, but i am still not able to log in to my online account. Always getting error "We were unable to locate your record using the information you provided."
My sponsor number is 4064164-6 (today i got a mail with a new sponsor number - 07343938).
I need to log in to change my payment method and to use my online account to interact with child. Please check my account
