I can't log in to my account since i started sponsoring

Hi!
I chose a child for sponsorship in November and was charged. Then i got an mail with all details about my child, but i am still not able to log in to my online account. Always getting error "We were unable to locate your record using the information you provided."
My sponsor number is 4064164-6 (today i got a mail with a new sponsor number - 07343938).

I need to log in to change my payment method and to use my online account to interact with child. Please check my account

Hi Mark! It looks like you have not created a web account just yet so you will need to do so. To setup an online account, please visit https://www.compassion.com/my-account/create-usa.htm  

  1. Enter your sponsor number (This number should be first one listed above 4064164. Please leave off the -6.)
  2. Enter your zip code
  3. Enter your desired Username 
  4. Enter your desired Password

I was able to get in finally! Thank you! i didnt see that notice that i have to leave off last digit, sorry!

I owed money for tow months and want ed to make one payment for them. Wen i entered all information - i got a paper confirmation that money will be taken. Then after few hours i was not charged and i could see on the account that i still owe same amount. I repeated the process and then i saw that there was a notice about delays in charges. Can you please check that i will not be charged twice? You know my account number and i have only one child on support.

Mark, I was able to get into the system and view your account today. As of last night, neither donation has been processed yet. Due to our system upgrades right now, all donation processing is currently delayed. I will continue to check back to see if one or both donations go through.

Mark, I am not sure if this is what you meant, but it looks like payments went through on January 23, January 26, and February 1. You now have a credit of $38. Please let us know if any changes need to be made on your account.
