I don’t believe the letter I received is from my child. In the translation it mentions another child’s name.

I am so sorry for this issue. We did discover a small glitch in our translation software where some letters were printed with an incorrect translation. I would like to fix this for you, however I was about to locate your account using your email or name. Can you please provide us either your sponsor or child number? Thank you so much!

Same happened to me. The first page I believe is from my sponsored child and the second page from a different one.

Good morning ladies (Melissa, Kimberly and Holly),

Over the weekend our team was able to identify why this glitch happened and was able to automatically trigger all these letters to be sent back to our translation queue. This means that we do not need to send these individually and they are already in the process of being fixed. Thank you all for your understanding, patience and kindness as we get this resolved for you! :)
