I don't seem to be able to pull up my tax receipts. HELP

Hi Cherri! I would be happy to help you today. Are you logged in to your online account at www.compassion.com? If so, you should be able to find your receipts there under "Tax Receipts and Giving History".

I am logged in.  Doesn't taker my anywhere to view or print.

I'm so sorry about that! When you're logged in, there should be a button on the left-hand side of your account summary page that reads "Tax Receipts". It should look like this:




And from there, you should be able to click on that and see a PDF of your 2018 statement from there. Do you have the Tax Receipts button on your account summary page?

yes, but it doesn't go anywhere.  Nothing happens when I click on the button.  If I click one of the other buttons, it moves to that page.  But not tax receipts button.

Oh no! Okay, I would be happy to look at your account from my end. There are two accounts that pull up with your email address. Would you please provide me with the sponsor number that shows on your account summary page?
