I know you were updating your system, however I have been unable to view this letter from my child for over 6 weeks. How much longer?

Catherine, I sincerely apologize for the delay in this letter. It is going through our quality assurance process at the country office in Guatemala. The letters need to go through this process so that we can make sure we are catching and correcting all of the errors in the new system. Regrettably, I cannot push this letter through but I trust it will be delivered real soon.

Hi Catherine! I am so sorry for the incredible wait on this letter. I realize this letter is still stuck in our QA process even after so many months. :( Please know we have been working tirelessly to push these letters through. Because I am able to view and download your letter, I am emailing this letter to you today so you can at the very least know what your child said. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance at this time.

Hi, I l have a letter from Jonas Tapsoba that's been stuck in quality assurance since 1/21/17. Would I be able to get an emailed copy of his letter? His number is BF051000092.
