Hi Carol! I am so sorry that you have not yet received a letter from Jeremie! Sponsors will typically receive their first letter from their sponsored child within the first four months of sponsoring. Jeremie has indeed written a letter for you and it is currently waiting to be processed at the field office in Togo. Again, I am so sorry for the wait. We will send it to you as soon as we receive it. Thank you so much for being a blessing in Jeremie's life and encouraging him with your letters!

Paul, we are transitioning over to a new letter system that will allow for letters between sponsors and their children to flow more quickly. We have run into several significant issues that have caused backlogs of letters in the country offices, but we are getting caught up on that backlog. Letters are now being scanned into our system and placed on sponsor online accounts after they have been processed. Some sponsors have also chosen to receive printed copies of the letters in their mailboxes.
