Good morning, Melida! Thank you so much for your concern for your child and wanting to make sure she's doing alright. But I'm so sorry that this has worried you. I do see that you haven't heard from Yevette in a while and you should have gotten another letter from her by this point. I'm going to contact our office in Burkina Faso to ensure she's doing alright and request that she write you another letter. I want to encourage you that our records show that she's still in our program and doing alright but it's possible she was visiting family or missed letter writing day at the center for some reason which would cause a delay in letters. But we'll contact you when we hear back from them (8-10 weeks from now) and let you know what we find out :). Thank you so much for writing to her and for your care and concern!

I also see that you just recently began supporting Mariana in December of last year! I see that we received an introduction letter from her to you, on January 29th. You should have received this letter sometime in February. I hope you enjoyed getting to know her better and I know she'll be thrilled to get the letter you sent to her last month! :)

Hi Melida! It can take up to 45 days to receive a response from our field staff regarding an inquiry we send. I sent the inquiry on March 16th, so we should be hearing back from them soon. I'll let you know as soon as we hear back :).

Hi Melida! I wanted to follow up with you with some great news about your girl, Yvette. We have heard back from our field staff in Burkina Faso and your girl is doing just fine. I am emailing you now with a new letter that she's written to you :). She also mentions the kind birthday gift you sent to her and what she was able to purchase with it :).  So sorry for the delay in receiving a letter from her and thank you so much for your patience as we worked with our field staff to make sure she's doing alright.
