I have not received the two newest photos of my child.

We can see on our compassion sponsor account online that our sponsored girl Janeth has had two new photos taken since we received the last one, but we have not gotten these two new photos. Is there any way we can?

Hi Tim and Jen! I am sorry that you did not receive your photo updates of Janeth. I have requested to have the most recent photo update of Janeth mailed out for you. Regrettably, I can not request previous images be mailed out. It may take a few weeks for you to receive the physical photo update. I have also emailed you all of the digital images of Janeth that we have. I know the photos are very special. Thank you for being supporter's of Compassion for over 24 years now. We are so blessed to have such a long standing relationship with you.
