Traci, I am so sorry for the disappointment you have had with the new letter system this year, especially when Elias has been such a faithful letter writer in previous years. I've taken a look at his information in our system and actually found that we have two letters in process from Elias at this time. With the transition to the new letter system we are going through, there have been more issues than we originally planned for. One of the issues was with the translation software we were using, causing a significant backlog of letters at the country offices. We are working very hard to get caught up on the backlog of letters as quickly as possible, knowing how eager sponsors and children alike are to receive their letters. You should see the letters from Elias processed and placed onto your account very soon. Traci, thank you so much for loving on him well, despite the issues our transition to this new system have invoked. Stay encouraged and please be praying for our ministry as we work these issues out over the next few months.
