I have updated my credit card information three times now and checked the automatic payment box and yet I never get charged for my sponsorship. $45 a month was affordable but now because the company has not charged my card, I now owe $180. I can't make a payment of $180. I need to cancel my account because I cannot afford my sponsorship anymore and I cannot deal with the inefficiency of Compassion.
