I haven’t been receiving letters from Compassion International as often as I normally do. Should I be concerned or is it normal?

Claire, I want to make sure I have the correct account for you so that I can advise you if what you are seeing is normal. Are you sponsoring Kakra in Ghana?

Thank you, Claire. I'm so sorry that you haven't heard from your sweet girl since December of 2017. You have been a wonderful, consistent writer, so with time, letters should become more regular from your kiddo. As little Kakra begins writing her own letters in the future, you should be receiving a letter in return for the letters you send up to six letters per year. However, you should never go more than six months without a letter, and five months is indeed some time to go without a letter. The good news is that I see a letter from Kakra that is currently in translation, so you should receive another letter from her soon! Please let us know if you ever go six months without a letter, and we'll be happy to help you. Have a blessed day!
