I haven't got an email confirming my sponsor

I filled out a form to sponsor a child a couple of weeks ago. I haven't got an email or other information confirming the sponsor. Has my information been lost or do I just need to continue to wait? My child's name is Lele Loriu and his number is KE079900348.
