I haven't received an intro packet or her information

I paid and signed up to sponser a 4year old named Ruth from Haiti. I haven't received any information about her or from compassion even though I've sent a few emails!

Hi Juliee! I don't see a child named Ruth on your account yet, but it is possible that her sponsorship is still in process. Did you sign up through the website or at an event? Do you know her child ID?

Hi Julee! I was just following up and I can see that there were some errors on our end when you tried to sponsor Ruth. I sincerely apologize for the incredible delay and issues we were having. I have Ruth's sponsorship on hold for you in hopes that you are still interested in sponsoring her. Please confirm whether or not you would like to sponsor her and we can add her to your account as early as tomorrow the 19th. Thanks again!

Hi Julie! It is so wonderful to see that you will still be able to sponsor Ruth Phaina! However, I do see that your first contribution was cancelled due to errors in our system that never went through which is why you are still unable to see her on your account. Once that first contribution is made, at https://www.compassion.com/epayment/, you will be able to see her on your account. If you do happen to check your account and see a contribution was already taken, please send us a screenshot of this contribution to socialmedia@compassion.com and we will be happy to credit your account! :) Thank you again and congratulations on your new sponsored child!

Thank you all very much for helping me! I submitted the payment for her number and the screen said y'all are having some issues with online transactions. I just dont want anymore issues with this sweet girl! I also would like to know if I can get her information sent as quickly as possible because of the delay. Thank you
