I just started sponsoring a new child, but my sponsor child from India is still showing on my account.

After receiving my final letter stationary and instructions for ending our sponsorship in India, I called into the Compassion call center and had my funds re-allocated. At that time I asked about sponsoring a new child and the person I spoke with instructed me to go to Compassion.com and go through the online process of choosing a sponsor. 

I received my new sponsor welcome packet and she has been added to my account, but my sponsor child from India has not been removed from my current sponsors page yet. I just want to make sure I'm not being charged twice and that everything has been closed on my account correctly. Thank you!

Congratulations on your new child, Cristal! I see that everything is set up correctly for her, but that Nashma had not been removed. I have manually removed her to make sure that everything is taken care of properly. :)
