I’m wondering why my donation has not gone through my account? I thought it was automatic payment.

Suzanne, I am so sorry to hear that we are having issues with your automatic payment. It looks like you just switched over to a checking account from a credit card at the end of December. The first withdrawal from this checking account is set for the 28th of January. That said, the automatic withdrawal was supposed to go through the day you switched over for December's support. We regrettably were having some issues with the automatic withdrawal on this day last month which is probably why it did not go through. Please log into your account and make a one time donation for December's support.
