I made a birthday payment, but I am not seeing record of that in my account. Was it received?

I needed to post a payment by Sept. 15, and I did it on Sept. 14. I am not seeing the payment in my bank account or online and I am worried that I missed the deadline and my child will not get a birthday present. How can I fix this?

Lindsey, I am so sorry that your birthday gift is not showing up on your online account yet. I do show that we are still working on processing that $30 birthday gift for your child. Once it is processed fully, you will be able to see it online and in your bank account. Rest assured that your child will receive the gift still and within plenty of time for his birthday!
