I received a letter/handout from a child. It has my name & sponsored Childs name on the paper with the Childs ID number. However, I believe it may be a mistake. Whomever the translator is at the Childs facility wrote in response a name that is not my sponsored Childs. Not sure if this is a mistake but would hate for a sponsor to be missing out on a letter meant for them.

Also, I just received another letter/handout with the same exact questions & layout but different answers. This is why I believe it may be a mistake.

Laura, it definitely looks like there was a mix-up in these two letters and I sincerely apologize for that. I just sent an inquiry to verify and correct this for you. I want to make sure we know which letter was intended for you and for the other one that that sponsor also receives a letter from their child. Thank you for letting us know about this issue!

Hi Laura! It can take up to six to eight weeks for us to receive the reply from the country office when we send an inquiry.
