I need help logging into my account. I can’t find a doner/sponsor number and do not know my username. All I have is the email for my account. Please help!

Hi Joey! I see that you've chosen to sponsor a sweet boy from Bangladesh named Laltharsang Bawm! Thank you so much for choosing to bless this child with your love and support! Your sponsorship is still being processed and set up, so you do not yet have a sponsor number. I'm sorry for the delay, but you will have to wait for your sponsorship to be processed before you can create your online account. Once set up, you'll receive a welcome booklet in the mail or email of your kiddo, and then you'll have your sponsor number. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Hi Kinsey! I am so sorry you're having trouble logging in to your account, and would be happy to help you. Sadly, I couldn't find an account for you based on the email address you provided. Would you please send us an email to socialmedia@compassion.com with your mailing address and full name as it appears on your account, as well as the child ID number of the child you're sponsoring - if you have it - and I can try there to get your numbers for you?

I can't get into mine either. And the charge I just had removed from my account isn't right. Please help.

Hi Jolene! I'm so sorry you're having this issue as well, and that the charge taken from your account wasn't correct. I'm sending you an email now with your username and password, and hopefully we can get the incorrect charge issue taken care of, too!

Hi Michael, 

I am so sorry you are running into complications here at the beginning of your sponsorship! We would be more than happy to help you with this. First of all, can you please tell us if you sponsored online at Compassion.com or at an event? What day did you begin sponsorship? Do you have the child ID number of the child you selected? 
The answers to these questions will help immensely with helping you further! :)

Hi Heather! It does take about two weeks for you to get your sponsor number in the mail, which comes in the welcome packet with more information on your sponsorship. Since your account was just created on April 4th, this packet should arrive in the next week or so. In the meantime, I can actually give you your sponsor number so that you have it :). Your number is 08760470. I've also removed your email address from your comment above for your privacy since this is a public forum.

I chose a child to sponsor at an event. It just behooves me that they never bothered to mention that (1) I was going to need a Sponsor number & (2) it was going to take over a wk to receive one

Hi Mi Riam, I am so sorry that you have not received your sponsor number yet. After receiving your information at the event, the event workers have to mail that into the headquarters. We then have to process that through our system. Your sponsor number will help you create an online account. On your account you can write letters to your child, donate, and change any personal information. If you don't receive your sponsor number soon, please let us know.

Hi  Ana! It looks like you decided to sponsor a child yesterday. Thank you so much, and welcome to the Compassion family! Your sponsorship is still being set up, which means you don't yet have a sponsor number or an online account to log into. Once set up, we will send you a welcome packet. This packet will include more information about sponsorship and your sponsor number as well. You'll be able to use that number to set up your online account.

Hi Pui! Thank you so much for choosing to bless two precious children with your love and support! When sponsoring a child online, it may take 2-3 days for your sponsorship to be processed and account set up. Once this has been completed, you will receive an email and welcome booklets for each child in the mail within two weeks. When your account has been set up, you will be given a supporter number. You will need this to set up your online account. I see that your sponsorship of Karla (BO044900369) and Sonia (BO044900301) are still being processed. Hi Lupe! According to our records, you haven't validated your email address yet in order to set up your account. When you set up an account, you should receive an email from us with a link or a code to validate your email address. If you would kindly check your email, you should find that message from us! Check your spam box, too; sometimes messages end up there.

Unfortunately I did not get a sponsor number. I started sponsoring this last Monday and the child’s first name is Prosper if that helps.

Brian, did you sign up to sponsor  online or at an event? It does take time for your sponsor account to be set up, and you will receive a welcome packet in the mail that contains your sponsor number. The welcome packet usually arrives about two weeks after we have set up your sponsor account. I still am not able to find an account with just your child's first name.

I need help. I’ve tried to use my mom’s email to get in, as well as mine. It also keeps saying that someone else has already logged in using my “Sponsor/Donor number”. I thought it might be because it was my mom used her information when we signed up to sponsor a child. Could you please help?

Hi Cecily! When did you sign up to sponsor a child? How did you sign up to sponsor a child? If you signed up at an event, it takes a few weeks to get everything set up.

Hi Cecily, thanks so much for your response! By looking up your email address in our system, I do see that there was an attempted transaction for you on Tuesday, but for some reason, it didn't go through. I will do some research as to why this is, and get back to you as soon as I can!

Hi, I recently signed up to be sponsor in an event at Hillsong San Francisco but haven't got any sponsor ID. The registered CC do get charged for the last two months. Can you help us getting our sponsor id?
