  I am concerned that our sponsorship has not been kept up.  I am not able to log on using the only member # I know.

Donna, I am so sorry that you aren't able to log into your online account to check that everything is ok with your sponsorship. Would you please let me know what sponsor number you have or the child ID for a child you are sponsoring so that I can locate your account and help you log in?

Donna, I was just following up with you as I have located your account and it looks like no username or password has been created yet. I am sending  you information about how to create a web account so that hopefully you can re-connect with your child! Please let us know if we can help in any other way.
