I need to cancel my membership, how can I do so online?

Hello Brittany. Regrettably, there is not an option to cancel your sponsorship through the online system. However, I am able to assist you with your cancellation request. I am sorry that you are considering cancelling your sponsorship. Is there anything that Compassion could have done to better serve you? I want to help you the best way that I can, but I was unable to locate an account with the email address or with your name. Could you please provide me with your sponsor number or the child's number. If you are cancelling due to a financial concern, we do have some ways that we can help. Would you consider continuing your sponsorship if we can pause your donation for a few months? I appreciate your partnership with Compassion and would love the opportunity to keep you connected to your sponsored child.

My full name is Brittany Rodriguez. I haven't set up an email before. I may have to wait til i have the number in front of me. Did having last name help?

I am so sorry for the confusion. We do not need you to create a new email or anything like that. Because you have a very common name, and your email address for Get Satisfaction is not the same one used on your Compassion account, we will need you to provide your sponsor or child number so that we can confirm we have the correct account. If you would rather, you may email us your full address and we can find you that way. Our email address is socialmedia@compassion.com. Thank you again!
