I need to cancel my payment

After several years of supporting my compassion child I stopped receiving mail. I hadn't looked into it for a few months until just today. what I found was that somehow my account had switched to only ending emails and not physical letters. But the email address was wrong. in this time, my child has moved on from Compassion and a different child has been added. I never knew about this. Now, I don't have enough money and I would like to cancel my payments. I would've appreciated being contacted for this new child and even though I would love to help, I can't right now. My sponsor number is 01815383 please cancel my payment.

Hi Ryan, 

I am so sorry for all the confusion! Anytime a child leaves the program, we do place another child on hold for our sponsor to consider. We do send a communication that explains that your kiddo left the program and that we do have a new child on hold for you. This communication also explains that for your convenience, if you would like to sponsor the new child, we would just automatically add this new child if we did not hear back from you. Again, I am so sorry that it seems your never received that communication. 
As you have requested, I have removed this new child from your account as of today. Please know that if in the future you would like to sponsor again, we would feel so blessed to partner with you again!
