If you need to cancel due to financial concerns, we may be able to help you. We would be happy to help you keep your relationship with your child by covering your support for three months. If this option would help you, please let us know, and we'll be happy to take care of this for you. However, if you still would like to cancel, please let us know, and your request will be honored. Regrettably, I was unable to locate your account using your email address, and there were multiple accounts with your name. Will you please provide either your sponsor number, child's number, or the email address associated with your account?

Jesse, I am so sorry that you need to end your sponsorship. If this is due to financial concerns, Compassion would be able to cover your support for the months of December through February. If this would help, please let us know. Otherwise, do let us know if we still need to honor your request to cancel the sponsorship.
