I need to cancel my sponsorship. I do not like how I am unable to talk with anyone about this program. My sponsor number is 08196440.

I am so sorry for the frustrations you have been having with our organization. Before I cancel your account, what questions did you have about the program? We would be happy to answer these questions for you!

Please just cancel.  I love donating and when I was presented with the opportunity to become a partner in this organization, I was excited.  Yet the fact that I have to go through all of this to get someone to contact me back scares me.  Please just cancel my sponsorship.

I am extremely upset!  I requested Compassion cancel my sponsorship a MONTH ago and saw today where the $38.00 was TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT AGAIN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!

I expect this to be refunded immediately to my account!!!!!!!   

I believe Compassion is acting in a very deceptive manner; I do not see Kingdom principles here.  Every time I call, it states the office is closed.  

I know you received my request to cancel because here is Madison's (an employee) response:

Rachel, as you requested, I have cancelled your sponsorship of Moussa at this time. Thank you so much for sponsoring him! If you would like, you are able to write Moussa a final letter. You would need to mail this final letter into us at the address listed below with your sponsor number, Moussa's child number and the words Final Letter written at the top.

 My sponsor number is 08196440.   You did not cancel my membership!!!!  Another $38.00 was taken out of my account WITHOUT my permission this morning.  I expect an immediate refund.

I am so sorry for the confusion here, and in turn that this is causing such frustration! I see the last donation that we pulled from your account was on 4/24/18. I also see that Madison did cancel your account on 4/24/18. However, your donation was already pending prior to your cancellation. Is this the donation that you asking to be refunded? I am not showing any other donations on your account that pulled after your cancellation occurred. If there was another donation that pulled, please email us a copy of your bank statement to socialmedia@compassion.com and we will be happy to process a refund for you. Again, I am so sorry that you feel we are doing this to be deceptive, as I can assure you that we would love to fix this issue for you. I just must first clarify what donation you are asking to be refunded. Thank you!

Are you kidding me??? You want me to send my bank statement to an email that is titled "socialmedia"?  

I emailed your socialmedia@compassion a snippit of the bank statement where it clearly shows Compassion International removed $38.00 out of my bank account today.  Obviously you have my card on file or you wouldn't have been able to take the money out.  You don't need a copy of my bank statement.
