I need to cancel my sponsorship

I was charged for my sponsorship on the 27th of June and then again this previous weekend. I would like to get a refund of the amount I was charged this previous weekend. That money was supposed to be for bills

Good morning Ayana, 
I am so sorry for our mistake. I do see that you have your account set up to pull automatically each month on the 28th. Regrettably, we recently transitioned into a brand new computer system, and sadly there are a couple bugs that we are working very hard to get fixed. In the midst of this new system transition, Compassion did have to close down our work in India, which means that we had to exit roughly 145,000 children. Due to this, we do have thousands and thousands of refunds in process right now, and they are taking roughly six weeks to be processed. I am truly so sorry, but if I issue a refund, it will likely be six weeks before that money is placed back into your account. However, I am more than happy to place this refund if you would like. Again, I am so sorry. Please let us know if there is anything we can do.

I am very sad to hear that you would like to cancel your sponsorship, but I do completely understand. I have canceled your sponsorship effective today. Please know that Compassion would be blessed to partner with you in the future if you feel led to give us another chance once all the bugs are worked out of our new system. God bless!

Since you guys already took the $45 the first of this month, will my account be charged again on the 28 of this month?

I have placed her back on your account, and you will not need to worry about providing any donation for the month of July since you have already given for this month.
