I need to cancel my subscription. Haven’t received a letter from my child. I don’t think she’s benefiting from my donations.

Slade, I am so sorry that you haven't yet received a letter from your child and want to cancel. I do see that you started the sponsorship in November 2017. It can take up to four months to receive the first letter from your child, and I do see that your first letter from Irene finished processing on January 9th. You should actually receive this letter in the mail within the next week. It is also available to you in your online account under "Write My Child". Once you have clicked on that option, click on  "My Letters" on the left side of the screen and then on the conversations bar. Her letter will show up there for you :). I think this should fix the issue for you, but please let me know if you are still unhappy and would like to cancel.
