I never got a compassion account and I need to change my billing information. Is there a way I can solve this without calling on the phone?

We may be able to help you if I am able to locate your account. When did you begin sponsoring? Do you know either your account number or the child number of the child you selected? If you are a brand new sponsor, can you please also let us know if you began sponsoring online, or through an event? Thank you so much!

I started sponsoring around January 6th at the Passion conference . I never got his number or anything but his name is BenBen or Abendejio (I think that’s correct spelling)
