I recently sent a letter to my child that I sponsor and I believe I’ve received a message back but am unable to read it on the app

Hello Briana! I am happy to assist you today! It does look like there is an issue with this letter. I have submitted a request to our tech team here to push the letter through. On the app, it will show an X on the letter, making so you can not read the letter. This could mean that it is in process or the letter is in translation. In this case, it does seem to be a tech issue. Once this issue is resolved, you will be able to view this letter on the app. If you have any further questions, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you! :)
