New letters show up on your account before they are translated and ready to be opened. Online they will say NA and be grey-blued out.  I have three currently I am anxiously waiting to be ready for me. (One from 12-14!, one from 12-28, and one that just showed up tonight)
Once they have been there a month, if they do not fully show up, you can ask the Compassion ladies to look into it for you.

Hi Keith! Sarah is correct; the letter is currently going through translation and isn't ready for you to read quite yet. Once it is ready, you'll be able to open it and you should also receive an email letting you know it is ready :).
