Good morning Amanda, 
I am so sorry that we have not yet processed your check. Have you seen this check be deducted from your account? It looks like to me that because we had some complications adding miss Leydi on your account, (all which is resolved now), we may have had to shred the check since we are unable to keep checks that cannot be processed. However, we may still have this, if the check was placed into an exception queue for any reason. I would like to send an inquiry to our processing team to locate this check. Can you please provide me with the date on the check, the check number and the exact amount of this check? Thank you so much Amanda! I do apologize for the delay on this!

Thanks, no I didn't see it deducted from my account. The check # is 1013, amount is $456, date is 6/12/17.

Thank you for providing these details. This is great news! Our processing team is a few weeks behind on processing checks due to delays in our new system. So at this point, since it has only been 10 days, I am sure it is waiting to be processed here shortly. Please give us another two weeks or so and if you still do not see this debit your account, we would be happy to do further research for you! Thank you so much for your patience! :)
