So I've wrote to my child Bonni through the internet and they've been sent. I wrote to her here at home and sent her stickers and dressed up her letter and mailed it about a week and a half ago. I have yet to see any signs that it has been recieved by Compassion. This is the first time I've done this and I want to continue to sent her things and write to her but would like to know the process. I mailed it in a "child correspondence" envelope. Can I get more of these envelopes? Or the address as to where to mail them? Please tell me where my letter is? Thank you and God bless! Dawn

Hi Dawn, you will see them scanned onto your account (only the letter..any extras won't show up like stickers). Depending in the volume of mail, it can take some time for them to get in the system.
All letters are mailed to:

Attn Child Correspondence Department
Compassion International
Colorado Springs, CO 80997

There is no street address needed - Compassion gets so much mail it has its own zip code!

Anytime you get a letter from your child, you'll get another envelope that you can mail a letter back in. I try to write monthly, so sometimes I run out of envelopes and just use my own. That's perfectly fine to do.

Hi Dawn! Thank you so much for writing to Bonni! I don't yet see a physical letter that came from you, but the holidays over the last two weeks could have absolutely affected that and letters always take at least several days to get to our office from the time sponsors mail them. If it arrived in our office, it should start processing through our letter system soon for you :). Looks like Kristen was able to answer your other questions but let me know if you have any more!
