I sponsored a child before setting up my online account. She isn't showing up. How do I resolve this?

I sponsored a child before setting up my online account. After setting up the online account it doesn't appear that my child is linked to my account. How do I resolve this?

Hi Darla! I see that Camila is not showing on your account at this moment because her contribution has not been processed. When you choose a child online it will usually go through just fine, but sometimes, we do have to manually place your payment through depending on circumstances. I see that this is exactly the case. She is held on your account, while we process your donation. Regrettably, we are a little behind in our processing department because of our India closure.
