I sponsored two children at a local compassion event and only one is showing in my account.

I sponsored two children at a local compassion event. Both children are set for auto debit, and both children 's sponsorships have been debited from my acct. My 1st sponsor child has a birthday at the beginning of next month, and i really need to send him a gift. I used the same email for both children.

Jennifer, if the kids are on your online account, you can send a gift by clicking on "Make a Payment" and under "Give Something extra", there are boxes for birthday, family and child gifts. Alternately, you can call Compassion, and make arrangements over the phone.

at the time of writing this, the one I wanted to send a bday gift to was simply, "lost". I could not gain access to him at all to even have the option to send him anything. Luckily, it was resolved. Thank you so much for your help!

Hi Jennifer! It looks like we regrettably created two separate accounts for your two children in error. I have corrected this error and I am sending you the information you need to get logged in and see both of them so you can send a gift. Actually, it looks like you just created a web account for the correct account earlier today so if you just log in you should see both children now. Please let us know if you need assistance logging in.

Thank you so much for all your help! After digging in my email, I found my "lost" child, and created an acct for him as well (so I could send him his bday gift). When I went back on this evening, he was no longer on that acct, but was indeed added to my original acct--so everything is perfect! Again, thank you!
