I thought I set up Christmas gifts for my sponsored children but it is not showing up can you check on this please

Hi Vicky! Thanks so much for reaching out to us. I do see that you gave a Christmas gift this year for your kiddos, but it was not set up to recur every year. Did you want to set it up that way? If so, please let us know, and we can get that set up for you!

I have this same problem. The money was taken out of my account but I don’t see it showing up on my app.

Hi Jennifer! I'm really sorry for the confusion! It looks like we did received your Christmas gift this year! It is not showing up as an automatic donation each year. Would you prefer your gift to be set up automatically each year?

No not automatic, I just didn’t see it on my app for either of my kids. There is a spot that says number of gifts given this year, for one of my kids it says one because of her birthday but it does not account for either of the Christmas gifts, so that’s why I was confused.

Jennifer, I apologize for any confusion caused by not seeing your Christmas gifts on your online account. Regrettably, there is currently an issue that our IT team is aware of with online giving history not showing Christmas donations. Please rest assured that our IT team is working to resolve this with future website and app updates. Your Christmas gifts were received, and everything looks great on our end! Although your gifts aren't showing up online, they will be on your 2019 tax statement. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your generosity!
