I want to check if both our sponsored girls are set up on automatic birthday gifts?

Hi Holly! Neither of your girls currently have automatic birthday gifts set up, though we can rectify that for you! Since Shaira's birthday is in March, January would be the perfect time for her gift to be pulled from your account and sent. I would also recommend setting up Zunny's gift to pull in May so that it has time to reach her for her special day. If this sounds ok to you, would you let me know how much you'd like to send the girls for their birthdays each year and if it's ok to pull the donations on the same day of the month that your monthly contributions are pulled? I can take care of setting these gifts up for you right away as soon as you let me know!

Hi Sarah! Yes please pull $25 for each girl’s birthday just like you said in your reply. I appreciated your quick response and your willingness to set this up for me!

Hi Holly! Thank you so much for your reply! I just noticed your donations are set up to process directly from your checking account. Sadly, I can't process a donation from your checking account over Social Media. Would you like us to process your gifts using the American Express on file? Otherwise, please call us at your earliest convenience to set up your donations through your checking account. Our phone number is 800-336-7676. We are open Monday through Friday 7 am to 5:30 pm Mountain Time (we will be closed on New Year's Day).
