Hi Della! Thank you so much for wanting to give a special gift to your child for Christmas! I do see that you gave a gift today online. If this was not intended to be the Christmas gift, please let me know and I will help you make that donation! Otherwise, you can ignore my comment if the gift was for Christmas :).

It sounds like Della donated online, but was there some way that she specified that it was for a Christmas gift?

Kirk, there are three ways to give gifts to children at Compassion - a gift to the Christmas Gift Program, a child gift, a family gift, and a birthday gift. When you give a gift to the Christmas gift program, we will purchase gifts for your sponsored child and also for other children whose sponsor was unable to give or who do not have a sponsor. That way, no child is left out at Christmas. Sponsors can also send a child, family, or birthday gift specifically for their sponsored child and their family. This is why we were unsure of whether she was sending a specific gift that will arrive around Christmas or a donation to the Christmas Gift Program.
