Hello I am sponsor 07955747. I sent a substantial family gift to two of my children, Meskerem and Thaliana Michel back in January and I believe that by this time I would have received a summary of how the families used the gifts. I recently received letters from both children and there were no mentions of a gift. Would it be possible for the Compassion organization to track down if my children's families did indeed receive their gifts? Blessing these families blesses me as well but if I do not have any feedback I do not know if they are even receiving what was sent to them. Thank you.

mjmeyers, I sincerely apologize for the confusion and wait on the acknowledgement and photos for these very generous gifts. It actually looks like both Meskerem (delivered April 7) and Thaliana (delivered March 20) wrote you thank you letters and photos were attached to each letter. Meskerem deposited the money into the bank. She is saving up to purchase a dairy cow. Thaliana does not say what she purchased with the money and it is honestly difficult to tell what is in the picture. I am sending an inquiry to verify what was purchased and we will let you know in the coming weeks what we find out. In the mean time, please let me know if you need copies of the letters.

Susan I went back and yes the information is present in their letters. I do apologize for my error. I do remember Meskerem saying she was banking it to save for a cow. It seemed like that was last year I guess age is catching up with me and I am becoming forgetful and again I am sorry for my error. Thank you for looking into the matter for me. No copies are needed.
