I would like to opt out of direct payment and there is no option to do so, if this isn't fixed the child won't be supported.

Compassion took it upon themselves to sign my child up for automatic payment without my consent. I prefer one-time at a time payment and have for the last thirteen years.

Hello, Janice. I'm so sorry about that inconvenience. We should never sign you up for a direct payment plan without you requesting us to do so. I would be happy to do some research into your account and take you off of a direct payment plan. I could not find any account associated with the email address you provided; would you kindly provide us with your sponsor number or your sponsored child's ID number?
