You can not paint a rock and send it to your child. You could paint a rock and send it with someone who was going to be in country and post it in-country/hand deliver to Compassion staff there.  Here are the rules for what can be sent physically to your child: https://www.compassion.com/letter-writing/tips-for-mailing-small-gifts.htm
