Whenever I write an email online, it does send the text to my email  It comes titled "Thank you for writing your sponsored child"
Then within the text:
The following is the letter you sent to Child Name on 10/05/2018.
----------
Text of Letter
----------------
End of Letter Text

If you did not get this, Are you sure you actually sent the letter you sent?  (It can take a few hours to receive). When you are writing the letter, there's a stage to Preview the letter. It then opens a new tab and you need to close it and actually hit SEND.  If you did not do this, your letter is in the Drafts folder for the child and you can go back and do it.

Hi Tim! I am so sorry that your app still shows you haven't sent a letter in 500 days! Is this showing up for all of your kids or just one in particular? I do see that you have sent letters very recently, but I'd like to know if this is happening across the board for your kids or just a few of them. You might try clearing your cache to see if that helps update the app's information it is pulling regarding your letters too. Let me know if that doesn't work!
