I wrote a letter to my new child, Kyrie (ID1420034), on June 12 & 26, but the History of Communication shows they are still "in translation".  Did they get stuck in the system somehow?

I received the confirmation email for the 2 letters to Kyrie.  I received the confirmation for the first letter at 6:05 pm on June 12 and the second letter at 12:44 am on June 27th.

I wrote a letter to each of my other 2 children on June 26 and they showed up within a couple days.

Good morning, Douglas! Thank you so much for taking the time to write to your children! Your letters provide so much encouragement to them. I checked on these two letters to Kyrie, and I show they are both still in translation. Both of these letters will complete the process and be delivered to Kyrie. Some letters are going through the translation process very quickly, sometimes within a couple of hours, whereas other letters might take a month or so. Since we integrated to this new letter writing system, there have been a few issues that we have been experiencing. Our team is working diligently to resolve these issues so that all letters will process quickly. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!

Thank you for checking.  I wasn't sure if something went wrong.
