Hi Ginni!

CI has their community support forum 'open' 24x7, but as you need an answer from a CI employee, it may not be until Monday when they are back in the office and can look-up your account or request you use the blue 'contact us' tab at the top to send a private communication to them with more information (like your sponsor number) or call. I just thought I would let you know that you weren't being ignored :-)

I have had several children leave CI's program and at those points in time CI did send me another child a few weeks later (they stated in the letter announcing my child's departure that I could request they do not do that) and stated that unless they heard otherwise from me, they would transfer my sponsorship. I wonder if that child packet got lost in the mail and they transferred your sponsorship? If you have a compassion.com account (if not, you can create one with your sponsor number), then you should be able to view if CI says you are behind in the child you were told left the program or behind with a new child. On second thought, that same information may be listed in the letter you received mentioning your support was behind. Rest assured that CI will be able to straighten things out for you whether it is paperwork error on their end or something having been lost in the mail.

or it could be that he didn't actually graduate yet. I got a letter saying my child was graduating, last week, but he won't actually graduate until March. They just warn you early so you can write a final letter that will be sure to reach him in time.
God bless

Sometimes miscommunication can happen and you know how the mail service is sometimes...the papers telling you he has graduated could have been lost...

or like Misty said he is about to graduate. Just call compassion to straighten things out. Also another option of what happened could have been becuase Compassion put a new child on in replacement for the one who graduated...
or you could be paying for the child development program...
