Hi Angela! It looks like your support currently comes out on the 10th. We also have dates on the 15th and the 20th. You may change the date yourself by logging into your "My Account" and clicking the button for "Payment Options." Then click on the link to "Edit" your current information and use the drop-down menu on the next page to select the date. 



Also, I'd be happy to change the date for you. Please let me know which of these dates works better for you each month and I'll go ahead and change that for you.

I followed these instructions, but was not given an option to change the date. It's currently set up for the 5th, so it may be too close to the withdrawal date. I would like to change the payment to the 15th of the month.

Maria, I'm sorry that you were not give this option. However, I have taken care of the change for you. Starting in September, your support will be withdrawn on the 15th of each month instead of the 5th. Please let me know if I can help in any other way.

How do I get to a place where it shows me what credit card I am using for my account? I am needing to change from one credit card to another and I cannot find anywhere to do that. It will not show me anywhere on my account what credit card I am using currently or give me an option to switch credit cards.

Hi Kaleah! I'm so sorry you are having trouble updating your credit card online. If the credit card that we have on file for your support is ever declined, we will stop the automatic withdrawal on that credit card. This means that if your credit card was declined, it would not show up on your online account. Please click on the button for "Payment Options" and enter a new Direct Payment Plan with your new credit card. It looks like we are also helping you here.

I'm trying to conserve "new posts" so this looks like a good place! I need to take all my kids off automatic payment, at least for the time being. I'm still on medical leave taking care of my mom's broken back and not getting a paycheck for a few months isn't playing nice with my life. I'm currently at work (yay!) so I can't call in like I usually do to make payment changes but I wanted to make sure I get this taken care of before the 20th when I believe the rest of my monthly payments will be coming out. It'll be a lot easier for me to make the payments piecemeal at this point.

Lindsay, I am so glad that you were able to take medical leave and take care of your mother right in the time that she needed it! As you requested, I have stopped the automatic withdrawal on all of your kids. That way you don't have to worry about it coming out for a while and can make donations as you have them.

Thanks, Susan! That's a big worry off my shoulders. Last month I tried in vain to pay it all off before a big chunk hit my work account and I didn't quite make it

I currently pay on the 5th of every month, but next month I won't have the funds by the 5th of August. Is there a way to delay by payment until the end of the month when I have the money?

Hi Kelsey! Are you wanting to change the date you send donations permanently to the end of the month or just August? We can do either, but I just want to make sure that we do exactly what you are looking for in the process.

Hi Kelsey! I have sent a request to our processing team to process a one-time payment for Santiago's support on Monday, August 28th. I could not choose August 27th because it is a Sunday, and we work Monday through Friday. I hope this is okay :). I have also changed your next automatic withdraw to begin again on September 5th.
