You CAN mail a birthday card/letter if you'd like! Just put your sponsor number and your child's number on the card/letter or anything else you send. I've found that putting the information on printable address labels is an easy way to label everything!

While you're welcome to send as many online and handwritten letters as you would like, its not necessary to duplicate them. If you wrote your child a birthday greeting through our online system, you are welcome to send a card as well.

I'm trying to alternate between the two every time I send a letter, which is weekly. When I do an online letter, I try to always add at least 3 pictures to make it more personal. When I do handwritten letters, I try to send paper gifts & actual pictures with it as well.

That's just how I do it though. There's really no wrong or right way, as long as the kids hear from you :)

Yeah. If I get a letter from my child, I will handwrite all of my kids. Otherwise, I just write online. I write five kids, so about once a month I hand write them.
